Tips for self love:
–Exercise: Proper exercise is critical for good health and healing.
–Eat right: Food is to the body as fuel is to a car. To be well, we must fuel our bodies with the best. Incorporation anti-inflammatory foods are beneficial. These foods include wheat-grass, omega rich foods like flax oil and salmon, ginger, garlic, onions, and green leafy veggie. Choose organic foods and avoid trans-fats, refined and processed foods.
–Meditate: Learning to give ourselves time each day to relax and reflect can have profound benefits for self-healing and stress management.
–Enough Sleep: A good nights sleep is critical to our well-being. When we are sleeping our body repairs and replenishes. Everybody has different sleep requirements. The goal is to wake up feeling rested.
